This recipe is something I created to save myself from consuming tons of calories, this delicious and fast easy to build recipe is sure to be a hit at lunch or dinner! Super filling with lots of flavor !
- Half cup chopped cilantro
- 5 large shrimp
- 1 cup kimchi (store bought any variety)
- 1 cup ice berg lettuce
- 1 cup chopped string carrots
- 1 cup green chopped green onion
- 4 rice paper sheets
Take rice paper sheets and soak in warm water in a bowl
Set sheet flat on a wooden cutting board being sure to get all bubbles out. Carefully build ingredients and fold rice paper !
Being very careful roll spring rolls : you can see some tears will form if not wrapped properly be careful to avoid this ! It’s challenging at first but after a couple it gets easier !
The finished result will look beautiful !
