Kimchi Spring Rolls

This recipe is something I created to save myself from consuming tons of calories, this delicious and fast easy to build recipe is sure to be a hit at lunch or dinner! Super filling with lots of flavor !


  1. Half cup chopped cilantro
  2. 5 large shrimp
  3. 1 cup kimchi (store bought any variety)
  4. 1 cup ice berg lettuce
  5. 1 cup chopped string carrots
  6. 1 cup green chopped green onion
  7. 4 rice paper sheets


  1. Take rice paper sheets and soak in warm water in a bowl

  2. Set sheet flat on a wooden cutting board being sure to get all bubbles out. Carefully build ingredients and fold rice paper !

  3. Being very careful roll spring rolls : you can see some tears will form if not wrapped properly be careful to avoid this ! It’s challenging at first but after a couple it gets easier !

  4. The finished result will look beautiful !
