Keto Sushi

Ingredients

  1. 5 sheets Nori
  2. .25 lbs smoked salmon lox
  3. 2 oz cream cheese
  4. .75 avocado
  5. 1 tsp Sesame seeds

Steps

  1. Dampen 2/3 of nori woth basting brush

  2. Spread 1/5 of cream cheese thinly along dry portion of nori

  3. Spread salmon and thinly sliced avocado over cream cheese

  4. Roll up sushi

  5. Add small amount of water to moisten nori if needed

  6. Slice roll into 9 pieces

  7. Eat
