Keto Lasagna


  1. Keto Noodles:
  2. 1-8 oz Cream Cheese
  3. 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
  4. 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  5. 3 Eggs
  6. to taste Salt and Pepper
  7. Meat Sauce:
  8. 1/2 lb Ground Sausage
  9. 1/2 lb Ground Turkey
  10. 1 Onion (cut in small pieces)
  11. 1 Tbls Olive Oil
  12. 2 Tbsp Garlic (minced)
  13. 1 can Tomato Paste
  14. 3/4 cup Marinara Sauce
  15. Ground Red Pepper Flakes (To taste)
  16. 1 tsp Oregano
  17. 2 Tbsp Fresh Basil
  18. Other ingredients:
  19. 1-10 oz Frozen Chopped Spinach
  20. 1-16 oz Ricotta Cheese
  21. 2 1/2 cups Mozzarella
  22. 1 cup Cheddar Cheese


  1. Keto Noodles Steps:

  2. Mix cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper to taste. Melt in microwave oven and add 3 eggs.

  3. Spread onto baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

  4. Cool noodles for a few minutes and cut with a pizza cutter into strips.

  5. Meat Sauce:

  6. Saute onions in olive oil in frying pan. Add garlic and cook for 5 minutes.

  7. Add 1 can tomato paste. Add ground turkey and sausage and cook until no longer pink.

  8. Add in marinara sauce, pepper flakes, basil and oregano. Simmer.

  9. Squeeze out water from spinach and add in Ricotta cheese.

  10. Layering lasagna:

  11. In a 9″x9″ baking dish, spray with cooking spray. Add small amount of marinara sauce at bottom of baking dish. 1st layer: noodles, cheese and spinach mixture, and meat sauce. 2nd layer: 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, noodles, cheese and spinach layer, marinara sauce, meat sauce. 3rd layer: (depending on how much room in pan) another layer like 2nd layer. Top layer: Mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese.

  12. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes.
