Kate's guacamole


  1. 3-4 ripe avocados, seeded, cut up
  2. 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  3. 3 garlic cloves, minced
  4. 3 tbsp salsa
  5. 1/2 tsp chili powder
  6. 2 tbsp sour cream


  1. In medium bowl, sprinkle avocado pieces with lime juice. Using potato masher, mash avocados, stir in garlic, salsa, chili powder and sour cream; mix well. Refrigerate mixture overnight or until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
