Ingredients
- 2 cups Pori/Murmur –
- 1 Tbsp Ghee –
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds –
- 3 pods Garlic –
- Curry leaves – 2 string
- 1/2 cups Peanuts –
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder –
- 2 tsp Chilli powder –
- 1/4 tsp Hing powder –
- Salt – as per requirement
Steps
In a wide pan add ghee and when its hot add add mustard seeds, hing powder, garlic, curry leaves.
Mix well and add peanuts, turmeric and chilli powder and little salt.
Now add the pori/murmur to it and mix well in which the murmur is coated nicely with the masala.
Simple and easy tea time snack. Enjoy with the evening tea.
