Italian meatballs

Ingredients

  1. 2 pounds ground turkey
  2. 2 pounds ground pork
  3. 2 pounds hot Italian sausage (made by local butcher)
  4. 1 package (tube) of crackers (1 ¹/² cups crushed)
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 1 tsp pepper
  7. 4 basil leaves
  8. 10 Oregon leaves
  9. 10 rosemary sprigs
  10. 3 thyme sprigs
  11. ¹/² cup shredded ramano cheese
  12. ¹/² cup asiago cheese
  13. 3 cloves garlic

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients together with hand or in kitchen aid mixer. Once mixed well, roll into golf ball size balls. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes approximately 70 meatballs. Let cool and freeze for later use if desired.
