Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 2 pounds ground pork
- 2 pounds hot Italian sausage (made by local butcher)
- 1 package (tube) of crackers (1 ¹/² cups crushed)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 4 basil leaves
- 10 Oregon leaves
- 10 rosemary sprigs
- 3 thyme sprigs
- ¹/² cup shredded ramano cheese
- ¹/² cup asiago cheese
- 3 cloves garlic
Steps
Mix all ingredients together with hand or in kitchen aid mixer. Once mixed well, roll into golf ball size balls. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes approximately 70 meatballs. Let cool and freeze for later use if desired.
