Ice Milk Butterfly pea

When summer comes, you need it

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup butterfly pea
  2. 100 ml warm milk
  3. 75 ml condensed milk
  4. 75 ml hot water
  5. 22 oz ice

Steps

  1. To separate the butterfly pea’s pollen by pull the green at the bottom or you can use dried butterfly pea version you have at home.

  2. Boil 75 ml of water in a pot.add the butterfly pea until the water get colored. Drain and leave a side to cool down.

  3. Warm the milk in a pot and add the condensed milk and stir well for 30 seconds and leave it a side to cool down.

  4. Prepare the ice in a glass, add 3/4 of milk and butterfly pea water for the rest.
