Hummus Platter

Ingredients

  1. 10 oz container hummus or 10 oz homemade hummus
  2. 1 cucumber peeled and chopped
  3. 1 tomato chopped
  4. 1 small red onion chopped
  5. 4 oz feta cheese
  6. 20-30 kalamata olives
  7. 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  8. 2 tablespoons olive oil

Steps

  1. Spoon hummus in center of large flat serving platter and spread

  2. Spread tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, spinach and feta evenly around the hummus

  3. Drizzle olive oil over entire platter. Serve with fresh pita chips!
