- 300 gm fish fillet (bhetki/basa)
- 1 tea spoon Red chilly powder
- Lime juice half cup
- 4 tea spoon Soya sauce
- 2 tea spoon All purpose flour
- 1 tea spoon Corn flour
- Small pieces of ginger and garlic one tea spoon
- 1 tea spoon Tomato sauce
- Chilly oil half tea spoon
- 2 tea spoon Honey
- Salt as per taste
At first marinate the fish fillet with chilly powder, lime juice, o e and half spoon soya sauce, all purpose flour and corn flour.
Keep the marinated mixture for half an hour
Deep fry those fillets first and keep it aside.
Then in oil put the small pieces of ginger and garlic and fry it till it comes brownish colour. Then one by one put the remaining soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilly oil, honey and salt and mix it well. Finally add the fried fish fillet into it. Mix it together and garnish it with sesame seeds and spring onions on top.
