Honey Carrots


  1. 2 Medium Carrots
  2. Salt
  3. Pepper
  4. 2 tsp Honey
  5. 2 tbsp canola oil


  1. Cut up carrots to your preferred size

  2. Heat a skillet to medium-high heat and add oil & carrots. Stir for 1 to 2 mins

  3. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to skillet (optional). Cook for another 1 to 2 mins

  4. Finally add the honey in and then cover for 10mins on low heat

  5. After 10mins, take of stove and strain excess oil and place carrots in plate or container. Done!
