My discovery, is that i’ll never make burgers any other way.
- Ground chuck burger meat
- Honey (eyeball it)
- Bbq sauce (eyeball it)
- Creole seasoning or Cavenders
Put your burger meat into a bowl, add bbq sauce to your liking (not too much, itll effect the integrity of the meat) and honey to your liking (it will hold them together much better), and creole or cavenders (or your own select spices). Mix thoroughly and make into patties. Cook to a light brown through and through. Make this your own way and surprise your friends/family!
