1. 1 lb minced beef
  2. 1 heaping tbsp. Burger seasoning
  3. 3 tbsps. minced green seasoning
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. 1/2 large onion
  6. 2 garlic cloves


  1. Grate onion and garlic or grind in a blender.

  2. Place all ingredients in a bowl and combine.

  3. Shape into four patties.

  4. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a skillet on medium heat.

  5. Place patties in skillet, turning once. Cook for four minutes each side or until internal temp is 165. Turn of heat and place a slice of cheese on top of each patty.
