Gyudon

Ingredients

  1. 250 g thin-sliced beef
  2. 1/2 onion
  3. 2 tbs soy sauce
  4. 1 tbs mirin
  5. 1-2 tbs water
  6. 2 eggs

Steps

  1. Boil water and turn off the fire. Add 2 eggs into the boiled water and leave for 15 mins

  2. Add oil onto pan and stir fry onion

  3. Add beef into the pan

  4. Add soy sauce, mirin, and water when beef is cooked
