In another pan add water, sugar, cardamoms and zaffron and cook it until sugar is dissolved and syrup become lightly thick.After lightly thickness switch off the flame and then start the flame during frying gulab jamun
Then make equal size of balls.It makes 10-12 balls (approx).Then deep fry the balls in oil or desi ghee until golden brown colour…
Fastly dry the oil or ghee and add in hot sugar syrup.After add gulab jamun in sugar syrup turn off the flame of sugar syrup.And dissolve guabjamun for 1 hour……and your gulab jamun is ready……
