Peanut butter can be used to enhance taste in certain fried recipes.
Ingredients
- Meatball Mix
- 1 lb lean ground pork
- 2 tbsp potato flakes
- 2 tbsp chili flakes
- 3 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Pinch pepper
- Dash sea salt (optional)
- Dash brown sugar (optional)
- Frying Flavor
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp peanut butter
Steps
Mix and shape meatballs (aim for two dozen small balls)
Heat olive oil in wok/skillet/pan over medium heat. Add in peanut butter. Mix and spread over cooking surface.
Add in meatballs. Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes (rotate every 2-3 minutes to ensure evenly cooked surfaces).
