Fried Rice


  1. 1/2 cup oil
  2. 6 eggs
  3. 1 tablespoon salt
  4. 2 boneless cocked chicken breasts
  5. 1 cup cut ham
  6. 4 cups cooked rice
  7. 1 whole red pepper
  8. 1 whole onion
  9. 1/4 cup soy sauce


  1. In a hot pan cook the eggs (like scrambled) and once cooked set aside

  2. Cut the breasts into small pieces and cook in a big pan or pot also add the ham and season them

  3. Once it’s cooked add the cups of rice and mix everything well together

  4. Set this aside cooking slowly and cut the pepper and the onion into small pieces like the chicken

  5. In a small pan cook the onions and pepper and add a little of seasoning

  6. Add this to the rice and mix very well together then add the soy sauce and mix again

  7. Add the eggs and mix together very well cook for a little more and enjoy
