A light refreshing and healthy salad recipe.
- Fresh greens, cherry tomatoes, carrot (shredded/thinly sliced) and alfalfa sprouts
- Canned tuna flakes in virgin olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
- extra virgin olive oil
Cut up fresh greens into bite size and mix it all up with a tablespoon of olive oil.
Add a pinch of salt and ground pepper for taste into your salad bowl.
Throw in a small can of tuna flakes with olive oil and water.
Mix it all up and serve.
