Fresh Greens & Tuna Salad

A light refreshing and healthy salad recipe.


  1. Fresh greens, cherry tomatoes, carrot (shredded/thinly sliced) and alfalfa sprouts
  2. Canned tuna flakes in virgin olive oil
  3. to taste Salt and pepper
  4. extra virgin olive oil


  1. Cut up fresh greens into bite size and mix it all up with a tablespoon of olive oil.

  2. Add a pinch of salt and ground pepper for taste into your salad bowl.

  3. Throw in a small can of tuna flakes with olive oil and water.

  4. Mix it all up and serve.
