Foil kebabs

It is fun to cook this unique recipe.

Ingredients

  1. 2 kg Beef mince
  2. 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  3. 1/2 tbsp Salt
  4. 3 cups Water
  5. Other ingredients
  6. 3 onions
  7. 12 green chilliest
  8. Coriander leaves half bunch
  9. 1 tsp Salt
  10. 1 tsp All spices
  11. 3 tsp Coriander powder
  12. 3 tsp Red chilli powder
  13. Stuffing
  14. 8 hard boiled eggs
  15. 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  16. 1/2 tsp Salt
  17. Coriander leaves 4tsp
  18. 1 tsp Green chilli paste
  19. 1 chopped onion
  20. Method
  21. Grind all the ingredients. Stuffing is ready
  22. For For coating
  23. Bread crumbs
  24. 2-3 eggs
  25. Foil 6×6 inches
  26. For gravy
  27. 1/2 cup Oil
  28. 1 tsp Salt
  29. 1 tbsp Green chilli paste
  30. 2 onions roughly chopped
  31. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  32. 1 cup Yogurt
  33. 1 tsp All spices
  34. Handful coriander leaves
  35. 1 tsp Cumin seeds

Steps

  1. Boil the mince till tender and dry. Grind the mince with 3 onions, 12 green chillies, 1/2 bunch coriander leaves. Add 1ts all spice, 3tsp coriander powder, red chilli powder 3tsp and again chopped the mixture. Method for gravy: Heat oil, add onions, fry till very light brown. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute. Add all the spices along with beaten yogurt. Bhuno well. Cook till gravy is thick.

  2. Make equal size ball flatten on your palm and put in stuffing mixture and make kebab shape.

  3. Dip in beaten egg then roll in breadcrumbs and deep fry the kebabs. Place kebab in foil and pour inner 1tbsp of gravy and seal them.

  4. Place all the pieces in hot oven for 15-20 minutes at 180C.
