Ingredients
- 2 kg Beef mince
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tbsp Salt
- 3 cups Water

- 12 green chilliest
- Coriander leaves half bunch
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp All spices
- 3 tsp Coriander powder
- 3 tsp Red chilli powder
- Stuffing
- 8 hard boiled eggs
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Coriander leaves 4tsp
- 1 tsp Green chilli paste
- 1 chopped onion
- Method
- Grind all the ingredients. Stuffing is ready
- For For coating
- Bread crumbs
- 2-3 eggs
- Foil 6×6 inches
- For gravy
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Green chilli paste
- 2 onions roughly chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 tsp All spices
- Handful coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
Steps
Boil the mince till tender and dry. Grind the mince with 3 onions, 12 green chillies, 1/2 bunch coriander leaves. Add 1ts all spice, 3tsp coriander powder, red chilli powder 3tsp and again chopped the mixture. Method for gravy: Heat oil, add onions, fry till very light brown. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute. Add all the spices along with beaten yogurt. Bhuno well. Cook till gravy is thick.
Make equal size ball flatten on your palm and put in stuffing mixture and make kebab shape.
Dip in beaten egg then roll in breadcrumbs and deep fry the kebabs. Place kebab in foil and pour inner 1tbsp of gravy and seal them.
Place all the pieces in hot oven for 15-20 minutes at 180C.
