Their is nothing i see can beat south Indian Breakfast.. when i travel second day i feel like eating indian food that much i miss ..Idli being my favorite breakfast i can eat everyday ? This one most fluffiest idli get dunked in Onion Sambar and chutney is divine .. It’s very healthy breakfast to start the day .
- 2 Cup Idli Rice
- 3/4 Cup Urad Dal whole
- 1/2 Tsp Methi
- 1 Cup Cooked rice or Puff Rice
Grind all ingredients and let them ferment for over night and next day add salt and make your favorite breakfast.
In cold Country fermenting is difficult so just pre heat the oven for few minutes and let cool down.. Keep the light on and put the vessel inside and it get fermented very well.
