Flour-less chocolate cake

This incredibly simple and rich, dark chocolate cake is so delicious, that you will want to eat it, all day every day ! It is so fudgy and smooth and just melts in your mouth.


  1. 2 Eggs –
  2. 1 cup Sugar –
  3. 1 cup Dark chocolate –
  4. 1/2 cup Milk –
  5. 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence –
  6. 1/4 cup Cocoa powder –
  7. 1/2 cup Butter –
  8. 1 pinch Salt –


  1. Pre heat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.

  2. Beat the eggs on high for 10 minutes while gradually adding the sugar.

  3. Melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler, add the butter and milk and mix well.

  4. Add the dark chocolate mixture to the eggs and beat for 5 minutes.

  5. Add the vanilla essence and salt and beat over low speed for 3 minutes.

  6. Transfer the mixture to a well greased pan and bake for 15 minutes.

  7. Take the pan out of the oven and let it cool completely.

  8. Delicious and fudgy chocolate cake is now ready to be served.
