Fish dinner


  1. 1 talpia fillet (uncooked)
  2. 1/2 cup crushed korn flakes
  3. 1/4 cup flour
  4. 1 teaspoon corn startch
  5. 3 table spoons egg whites (1egg)
  6. 1 teaspoon. Knorr chicken bullion
  7. 1/4 teaspoon seafood seasoning
  8. 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  9. 1 teaspoon onion powder
  10. 1/2 cup. Frying oil (i use canola)
  11. Veggie
  12. 1/2 cup string green beans
  13. 1 tablespoon salted butter
  14. 1/8 teaspoon garlic
  15. 1/4 cup cooked white rice
  16. 1 tablespoon fresh salsa
  17. 1/4 cup sliced mini cucumbers


  1. Put oil to heat in a shallow skillet over med heat

  2. In a separate Bowl mix crushed Corn Flakes chicken bullion, seafood seasoning and

  3. Onion powder and parsley flakes.

  4. On a plate add your flour and corn startch can add 1 tsp salt

  5. In a bowl mix egg white

  6. Take your fish and coat with flour mixture evenly both sides.

  7. Dip in egg evenly coat fish

  8. Remove from egg and place on top of the corn flakes mixture and evenly coat.

  9. Carefully place fish in hot oil

  10. Fry for 2-3 min on each side till golden. Place on a wire rack to cool

  11. Saute green Beans in butter on skillet with garlic

  12. Plate fish topped with salsa with a side white rice, green beans and sliced cucumber with lemon wedge
