- 15 oz container of Ricotta (whole milk) or Cottage Cheese (4%)
- 5 oz block Parmesan or Asiago Cheese (grated)
- 1 large Egg
- 1/2 bunch fresh Parsley (chopped)
- to taste Salt & Pepper
Combine and mix all ingredients well.
(optional) You can increase this recipe as much as you like and make both stuffed shells and lasagna or double of each and store in freezer.
