Fasting boiled potatoes

Ingredients

  1. 4 boiled potatoes
  2. 1 chopped green chili
  3. 1 tablespoon chopped or grated ginger
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  6. 1 teaspoon turmeric
  7. 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  8. 1 teaspoon garam masala
  9. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  10. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  11. 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  12. 1 teaspoon coriander powder

Steps

  1. Take a pan put some butter

  2. Now roast ginger green chilli and cumin seeds

  3. Now add all the spices together

  4. Stir for 4 to 5 seconds only now add diced boiled potatoes

  5. Mix well at low flame

  6. Stay for 8 to 9 seconds

  7. Healthy potato recipe is ready
