Ingredients
- 4 boiled potatoes
- 1 chopped green chili
- 1 tablespoon chopped or grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
Steps
Take a pan put some butter
Now roast ginger green chilli and cumin seeds
Now add all the spices together
Stir for 4 to 5 seconds only now add diced boiled potatoes
Mix well at low flame
Stay for 8 to 9 seconds
