Eastern NC BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup cider vinegar
  2. 1/3 cup water
  3. 1/2 tbs molasses
  4. 1/2 tbs corn syrup
  5. 1 ⁄2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  6. 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  7. 1 ⁄2 tsp kosher salt

Steps

  1. Put in bottle and shake to blend. Ready to use after about 3 days.

  2. Probably doesn’t need refrigeation but we keep it there.
