Dambun shinkafa



  1. 3 cups rice
  2. 3 tbl spoon vegetable oil
  3. 1 cup chopped green beans
  4. 1 cup chopped carrots
  5. 3 scotch bonnet
  6. 1 cup chopped onions
  7. Liver or egg (optional)


  1. Grind your rice and sieve out the rice flour, the fine rice grains is to be used

  2. Wash, strain and put it in your steaming pot. Steam it for 20 minutes

  3. Put it down and add all other ingredients and seasonings of your choice. Mix them well

  4. Put it back into the steaming pot and re-steam it. Serve with any sauce of your choice
