Crescent ring chicken


  1. 250 g all purpose flour
  2. Active yeast
  3. Salt
  4. Butter
  5. For filling
  6. 250 g shredded chicken
  7. Salt
  8. 2 tsp Red chilly powder
  9. 1 tsp Garlic ginger paste
  10. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  11. 1/4 tsp Garama masala powder
  12. 2 tbsp Oil


  1. Take flour add 10g of active yeast to it. Then add salt and butter into it and make a dough.keep it aside for 1 hr.

  2. Take shredded chicken and add above ingredients to it. Allow it to cook for 20 mins until chicken becomes soft and dry

  3. After one hr take the dough and make chappati and cut it into triangles and make crescent ring and fill chicken in it. In filling add lots of cheese.

  4. Bake it at 200degree celsius for 20 mins.
