Corn Souffle

A Thanksgiving favorite 😄

Ingredients

  1. 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
  2. 1 (15 oz) can corn (undrained)
  3. 1 (15 oz) can creamed corn
  4. 1 cup sour cream
  5. 2 eggs lightly beaten

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 380°.

  2. Mix ingredients and pour into glass baking pan.

  3. Bake for 45 minutes.

  4. OPTIONAL: Turn broiler on last minute for crispy top.

  5. Enjoy!
