Cookies and cream poke cake

There’s so many recipes online for this cake, this is what I went with and still made changes as I went…. easy recipe and cheap. Hope you give it a try .

  1. 1 box chocolate cake mix
  2. 1 box cookie and cream pudding 4.2 oz big box
  3. 1 1/2 cups milk
  4. 1 cup chocolate cookie crushed (or more cookie divided optional)
  5. 8 oz whipped topping (divided optional)
  6. 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk (optional)

  1. Make cake to box Directions.

  2. Cool cake completely, then use a round spoon handle to poke holes all over the cake about an inch apart.

  3. In large bowl add putting mix and milk whisk until no lumps fold in whipped topping and cookie crumbs

  4. Pour sweet condensed milk evenly over cake and into the holes then top with pudding mixture evenly…. sprinkle extra crushed cookies on the top.

  5. Refrigerate up to 3 hours or overnight
