Air Fryer for healthy oil free cooking.
Ingredients
- Chicken, Black pepper, Garlic seasoning
Steps
Prepare ingredients. Any chicken is OK. I use “Halal” chicken because all the blood is already drained. To me it tastes better.
Place chicken into Air Fryer. Skin-side down. Sprinkle Garlic seasoning and black pepper. Set 330 F/25-30 minutes. Go watch TV or something ^^
Done!
I added my “3 minutes salad” and shred cabbage. Enjoy!
