Cook Chicken While Watching TV (Air Fryer)

Air Fryer for healthy oil free cooking.


  1. Chicken, Black pepper, Garlic seasoning


  1. Prepare ingredients. Any chicken is OK. I use “Halal” chicken because all the blood is already drained. To me it tastes better.

  2. Place chicken into Air Fryer. Skin-side down. Sprinkle Garlic seasoning and black pepper. Set 330 F/25-30 minutes. Go watch TV or something ^^

  3. Done!

  4. I added my “3 minutes salad” and shred cabbage. Enjoy!
