Traditional coconut candy.
- 300 gm grated coconut
- 200 gm sweetened condensed milk
- 100 gm white sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 abit food colour(red or green)
- Rose essence (optional)
Mix all ingredients together in pan with low flame.stir it always (don’t let it without stir,its easy to burn cuz high volume of sugar)till its become thick.when the coconut mixture start to become as dough.put the coconut candy in airtight container and spread evenly.once abit cool down cut it.cuz once its totally cool down,it will get hard.difficult to cut…..
