Honestly just the best sandwich. Has all the sandwich ingredients I grew up with stacked into one beautiful masterpiece. Magnifique!
- 2 slices dark rye bread
- 2-3 slices London broil beef
- 1/2 cup clover sprouts
- 1 thin slice muenster cheese
- Black pepper
In a small bowl, mix about half a tablespoon of mayonnaise with a tiny bit of horseradish or horseradish sauce (just enough to put on your fingertip if it’s the sauce; if plaib horseradish, do half that amount).
On one slice of bread, spread a thin layer of plain mayonnaise and sprinkle with black pepper.
(In order from bottom to top) Layer on beef, cheese, and clovers sprouts onto the bread slice you just spread mayonnaise on.
Spread mayonnaise-horseradish mixture onto the other slice of bread and close the sabdwich by putting it on top.
