Chocolate Chip Vegan Bannan Cookies

I really enjoy the crunchy top of the cookie and the chewy soft middle of the cookie!

Ingredients

  1. 3 bananas
  2. 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  3. 1/2-1 cup chocolate chips
  4. 1 tap baking soda
  5. 3 droppers of liquid stevia
  6. 2 Cups quick oats or rolled oats
  7. 1 tbsp hemp seed sprinkle on top
  8. 1 pinch salt
  9. 1 tbsp olive oil

Steps

  1. Mash the bananas in a bowl and add flaxseed and lets it for 5 to 10 minutes

  2. Add chocolate chips, olive oil, and oatmeal and mixed well again

  3. Spoon too large tablespoons of batter into a cookie size on a baking sheet for each cookie.

  4. Sprinkle the pinch of salt and the hemp seeds on top. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 350° Fahrenheit.

  5. Turn the oven off and let the cookies sit for 15 in the oven. Serve and enjoy! ?
