I used leftover chicken and chives for this. Hope you like it!
- 4 eggs
- 1 handfull of chives, slice
- 15 tbsp shredded chicken. Breast or leftover rotiserrie
- Oil for cooking
Add everything in a bowl. Mix evenly.
Add the oil in a pan. The add in the mixture.
Cook until one side is golden brown.
Turn it around. Cook again until done.
