Chives and Chicken Omelette

I used leftover chicken and chives for this. Hope you like it!


  1. 4 eggs
  2. 1 handfull of chives, slice
  3. 15 tbsp shredded chicken. Breast or leftover rotiserrie
  4. Oil for cooking
  5. Salt
  6. Pepper


  1. Add everything in a bowl. Mix evenly.

  2. Add the oil in a pan. The add in the mixture.

  3. Cook until one side is golden brown.

  4. Turn it around. Cook again until done.

  5. Serve.
