Chicken Liver in Sweet Soy Sauce

My fave childhood dish, feels special especially if my mom made this. Hope you like it!


  1. 5 pairs of chicken liver
  2. Half an onion, slice
  3. 3 garlics, slice
  4. 1 bit of oil
  5. Sweet soy sauce, as you wish
  6. Some water


  1. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the garlics until fragrant. Then fry the onion until translucent.

  2. Then add in the livers. Put some water.

  3. After one side looks cooked. Turn them around.

  4. Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Taste test.

  5. Cook until everything is done and the sauce penetrates through.

  6. Serve.
