- 1 Whole Chicken or 5 Chicken breasts
- 3 Green chillies
- Half Red onion
- 1.5 Teaspoon Ginger and garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 3 sprigs Parsley
- 2 Table spoon curd
- 1 Table spoon Lime juice
- 1 table spoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
Cut chicken breasts into 2 and score. If you’re using whole chicken cut into 8 pieces and score.
Grind all other ingredients into a paste.
Marinate the chicken with the paste and set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Cover and cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 400 F
Remove and drain excess water and grill in the oven for another 8 minutes at 400 F
Now it’s ready to serve
