Chicken Inbetween

Ingredients

  1. 1 Whole Chicken or 5 Chicken breasts
  2. 3 Green chillies
  3. Half Red onion
  4. 1.5 Teaspoon Ginger and garlic paste
  5. 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  6. 3 sprigs Parsley
  7. 2 Table spoon curd
  8. 1 Table spoon Lime juice
  9. 1 table spoon Olive oil
  10. to taste Salt

Steps

  1. Cut chicken breasts into 2 and score. If you’re using whole chicken cut into 8 pieces and score.

  2. Grind all other ingredients into a paste.

  3. Marinate the chicken with the paste and set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

  4. Cover and cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 400 F

  5. Remove and drain excess water and grill in the oven for another 8 minutes at 400 F

  6. Now it’s ready to serve
