- 1 grilled chicken breast (I seasoned mine with Kingsford grill seasoning, adobo, and pepper)
- 1/2 block cream cheese diced into small cubes
- 1/2 purple onion finely diced
- 1 Roma tomato diced and seeds removed
Heat fryer to 375. Dice everything up and place in a flour tortilla.
Roll TIGHTLY and use tooth picks to hold it shut in the fryer or make a paste with flour and water and seal them. Fry 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
