Chicken 65

It is one of the awesome non-veg starter which everyone likes

Ingredients

  1. 1 kg Boneless chicken –
  2. 2 tbsp Vinegar –
  3. 2 tsp Turmeric powder –
  4. 2 tbsp Chilli powder –
  5. Chicken 65 powder – 2 tbsp
  6. 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste –
  7. 2 tbsp Cornflour powder –
  8. Eggs – 2 no
  9. Lemon – 1 no
  10. Salt – 5 tsp (as required)
  11. Oil – 1 cup (for frying)

Steps

  1. Wash the bonelss chicken which is cut into small cubes. After washing with water add vinegar, mix well and keep it aside for a while. Vinegar is to make the chicken tender.

  2. Then take the chicken and remove the excess water from it.

  3. In a mixing bowl put the chicken without water, add ginger garlic paste,eggs, turmeric powder, chilli powder, chicken 65 masala powder, cornflour, lemon and salt. Mix well all together in a way that each pieces are coated well.

  4. Let it be marinated for minimum of 30 minutes and fry it in the hot oil batchwise. Turn sides and take out when it’s cooked.

  5. Tasty and crispy chicken 65 is ready. Enjoy it as a side dish with biriyani ?

  6. Adjust spice according to your tastes.
