- 5 small Cherry Tomato
- 1 ⁄4 cup Fresh Mozzarella
- 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 2 pinches Sea Salt
- 4 leaves Fresh Basil
Cut tomatoes in halves.
Cut mozzarella into medium bite size pieces.
Toss tomatoes, mozzarella, and oil in small bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss in basil leaves. Remove from bowl leaving most of the oil behind. Enjoy!
