Caesar Salad Dressing


  1. 2 tsp Garlic (Minced)
  2. 8 Inches Anchovie paste
  3. 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  4. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  5. 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  6. 3/4 Cup mayonnaise
  7. 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
  8. Salt and pepper, to your taste


  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl and whisk together.
    Whisk in mayonnaise and then fold in Parmesan cheese.
    Best if made day before.
    Chop 2-4 heads romaine lettuce and add dressing. Fold in croutons and add more Parmesan cheese.
