Authentic Filipino beef soup, but this one I made is the cheapest version. I only used availableingredients that I have at home.
- 1/2 k beef cut into cubes with average size
- 2 pieces sweet corn (slice each corn into 3 parts)
- Few Chinese cabbage and green cabbage (separate the stem)
- Onions and garlic
- Some seasonings
Saute garlic and onion and beef.
Add 4 glasses of water. Wait until the beef is soft then add the sweetcorn.
If the sweetcorn is already cooked add the stem of the Chinese cabbage then the leaves after a minute. Then add some seasonings.
