Authentic Filipino beef soup, but this one I made is the cheapest version. I only used availableingredients that I have at home.


  1. 1/2 k beef cut into cubes with average size
  2. 2 pieces sweet corn (slice each corn into 3 parts)
  3. Few Chinese cabbage and green cabbage (separate the stem)
  4. Onions and garlic
  5. Some seasonings


  1. Saute garlic and onion and beef.

  2. Add 4 glasses of water. Wait until the beef is soft then add the sweetcorn.

  3. If the sweetcorn is already cooked add the stem of the Chinese cabbage then the leaves after a minute. Then add some seasonings.
