Brownies à la Ghada (11×14)

Ingredients

  1. 500 g sugar
  2. 233 g flour
  3. 5 eggs
  4. 0.5 tsp vanilla
  5. 1.25 tsp baking powder
  6. In pot
  7. 312 g butter = 22 tbsp
  8. 137 g cocoa
  9. Cake pan
  10. Use a 11*14 inch cake pan

Steps

  1. Mix sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla & baking powder in bowl

  2. Add butter in pot on low fire

  3. After it melts, add the cocoa

  4. Mix everything in the bowl

  5. Pour the mixture in cake tray over parchment paper

  6. Place in oven for 20-30 minutes
