Though you can use any blue cheese, I prefer to use Gorgonzola because the creamy texture blends well with the other ingredients
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder, or 1 large clove of garlic finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 6 oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
Steps
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight in an airtight container
