Blackened chicken with mango salsa

  1. Chicken breast
  2. Blackening seasoning
  3. Mango diced
  4. Handful cilantro chopped
  5. 1/4 onion diced
  6. Jalepeno seeded and diced
  7. Small tomato diced
  8. Lime


  1. Coat chicken with blackening seasoning and bake at 350. For 35 min.

  2. Put remaining diced ingredients in separate bowl and squeeze one lime into ingredients to make mango salsa.

  3. Top cooked chicken with mango salsa
