Beef macaroni soup

This recipe can be done with fresh vegetables,but the recipe tasted amazing even using frozen vegetables.


  1. 1 lb ground beef
  2. 14.5 oz beef broth
  3. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  4. 1 cup elbow macaroni
  5. 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  6. 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes undrained


  1. In a large fry pan fry 1lb of ground beef till there’s no pink. Drain grease and put into a sauce pot.

  2. Add mixed vegetables, tomatoes, broth and pepper into sauce pot with ground beef. Cook covered to a boil, add macaroni reduce heat to a simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

  3. Add oyster crackers optional. Enjoy!!!!
