Baked Salmon (keto friendly)

Ingredients

  1. 2 lbs salmon
  2. 1 lemon
  3. 2 Tbsp Sea Salt
  4. 2 Tbsp Pepper
  5. Drizzle Olive oil
  6. 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  7. 1 Tbsp Thyme/ basil/rosemary (fresh would be even better)

Steps

  1. Heat oven to 375°. Coat salmon with rosemary/basil/thyme, salt and pepper. Add olive oil and rub into salmon. Add garlic. Cut lemon into slices and add slices on top of salmon (as many slices as you desire).

  2. Wrap salmon in foil and place in oven. Let cook for 20-30 minutes.
