Ingredients

  1. 1 pear
  2. 1/4 cup oats
  3. 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar (add depending on your preferences)
  4. 1/2 tablespoon ground nuts (we used walnut, but will go well with almonds as well)
  5. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (to taste)
  6. 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter
  7. 1/2 tablespoon dry fruits (we used dried apricots)
  8. to taste Honey or another sweetener
  9. 1 mango
  10. 1 banana

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F

  2. In a medium bowl mix oats with sugar, cinnamon and slightly ground nuts

  3. Add melted butter and dried fruits, mix again

  4. Line a pan with a parchment paper

  5. Cut pear in half. Take out seeds with a spoon (if you want to put more oat mix in the pear, make a bigger hole)

  6. Grease pear halves with melted butter and fill them with oat mix

  7. Bake for 25 minutes

  8. Pour some honey or any other sweetener on top (note: it’s already pretty sweet)

  9. Meanwhile peel and slice mango and banana
