  2. 11 g Salt
  3. 33 g Sugar
  4. 30 g Cold water
  5. 6 g Yeast
  6. 270 g Cold water
  7. 27 g Butter
  8. Yogurt Cream②
  9. 100 g Topping Cream
  10. 50 g Heave Cream
  11. 20 g Icing Sugar
  12. 160 g Yogurt
  13. 20 g Honey
  14. pinch Vanilla

Steps

  1. Mix all the ingredients in ①

  2. Dough rest 15min after stirred

  3. Dough Scaling – 90g, and rest for 20 minutes

  4. Shaping and fermentation for 30 to 45 minutes

  5. Boil for 1 minute

  6. Bake 230/180℃, 15 minutes

  7. Prepare yogurt cream, mix well ②&③
