- 2 Zucchini
- Thick Cut Bacon
- Shredded Mozzarella
- Ranch Dressing
- Olive Oil (or oil of your choice)
Cook your thick cut bacon as crispy as you want then slice it into bacon bits.
Peel and slice your zucchini. Slice the zucchini diagonally in 1/4 to 1/2 slices
Get your BBQ ready. Put a sheet of foil on the grill. Medium high heat if you are using a stove.
Put just enough of the olive oil, or any oil of your choice, on the foil to keep the zucchini from sticking.
Place slices of zucchini on the foil.
Add a dollup of your favorite ranch to each one. Then spread it.
Add your thick cut bacon bits.
Add your shredded mozzarella, or your favorite cheese.
Close the lid to the grill. By the time the cheese is melted they are done. Pull them off and add pepper to taste.
