I substitute my usual carb intake which is rice with rye bread, which contain high fibre. Avocado and mayo are for the fat, and honey to give a sweet flavour. Yup, that’s it. No green veggies for today.
Ingredients
- 2 egg (poached)
- 2 slices rye bread (oven)
- 1/2 avocado (sliced)
- Mayonaise
- Honey
- Salt
- Pepper

Toasted rye bread
Microwave poached egg. For 45 seconds.
Add on anything on it
