Avo and Poached Egg on Rye Bread Toast

I substitute my usual carb intake which is rice with rye bread, which contain high fibre. Avocado and mayo are for the fat, and honey to give a sweet flavour. Yup, that’s it. No green veggies for today.


  1. 2 egg (poached)
  2. 2 slices rye bread (oven)
  3. 1/2 avocado (sliced)
  4. Mayonaise
  5. Honey
  6. Salt
  7. Pepper


  1. Toasted rye bread

  2. Microwave poached egg. For 45 seconds.

  3. Add on anything on it
