Alkaline – Sweet Butternut Squash

(Taste better than sweet potato’s)


  1. Butternut Squash
  2. Agave (sweetener)
  3. Sea salt
  4. All Spice and vanilla extract
  5. Grape seed oil


  1. Peel and slice butternut squash

  2. Add to bowl and add sea salt, all spice, agave(sweet to taste) and 2 tablespoons of grape seed oil. Mix well.

  3. Put food in glass cooking / baking ware and place in preheated oven of 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until done. Delicious!
